- Grades: 7th to 12th grade girls
- Teams: Junior Varsity and Varsity
- Season: late October to mid-February
- Tryouts: first week of practice
- In-season practices: Monday-Friday from 3:15-5:30 p.m. and occasional Saturday mornings at Lincoln
- Varsity coach: Les Coin
